Dec 2017, I lead a tour for a family of 4 form Australia for a day and a half. On Day 1, we covered the must-see sites in Kyoto. On Day 2, I incorporated off-beaten-path upon the guests' request, which included a small temple that had a well that was believed to be connected to the hell in the ancient time. All of them enjoyed backstreets with me that perhaps otherwise wouldn't have been accessed.

Feb. 2018, I took a group of 6 architects from Australia to Katsura Imperial Villa, Arashiyama, Daitokuji Temple and a cafe called Startdust cafe. I got the enquiry on the previous day, and I promptly coordinated everything they needed to fulfil their requests including hiring a van. It was a bit rash with tight itinerary, yet all guests enjoyed what they achieved with the limited amount of time.

An article I wrote has been published online on a local web-magazine geared toward residents and tourists from overseas. It was published by a leading publishing company in Kyoto. The article is about Fucha ryori , a type of Buddhist cuisine.
Vegan Buddhist Cuisine – Have you ever come across fucha ryori ?
