March, 2018, I guided an American couple in Kyoto. I crafted their itineraries incorporating my recommendations, visited Murin-an garden for a few peaceful moments in the morning and Honmanji for the weeping cherry tree which was in bloom, both of them were quite happy about the places we covered today. The husband is a fan of sake, so I made sure he purchased some Kyoto sake at Nishiki Market.

Nov.2017: I took a couple from Switzerland to Zen meditation and tea ceremony experience and Gion area. During the meditation session, I helped the guests communicate with a monk. The husband mentioned a flow of movements about golf-swing, which got the monk well into the topic and created philosophical conversation. Said the monk, " You can do a meditation anytime anywhere".

Nov. 2017, I led a private half-day walking tour for three women from the U.K. The guests very much enjoyed a dry landscape garden called "Nothingness". All of them were quite keen on Japanese culture and asked a lot of questions, which I was happy to answer. Although one of our destinations was packed with people, everyone was very patient.
